Fantastic book, would recommend it to everyone. It has changed the way I view life and to take time to be in the moment and become more present in my life. Currently on week 2 of the programme, but have read through the book and looking forward to completing the next 6 weeks, have learnt and taken on so much from this book. Now I truly understand what Mindfulness means and how I can apply it toy life.
