This book is amazing because tis book discovers feelings of anger in a light-hearted way using everyday situations that children might be familiar with. This shows different reasons why young children might become angry. And it is completely okay to be angry and the best way to do it is go and tell a trusted adult and also you can sit by yourself in a corner and calm down.
