This is the first book I have read to help cope with grief.
I read the book in a day (I never read books)
The book gave several different life experience examples of how we all have lost a loved one and what things we could do ourselves to cope.
I found the book very useful and have ordered a copy from Ebay.
The book makes suggestions like “Tell your story”, “Worry Boxes”, “writing to a loved one” and more. I found this very useful and plan to do all the self-help suggestions in the book at my own speed.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone of any age.
